  • Wow I don't even know where to begin, except I'm never satisfied and can never find any employees, let alone any with product knowledge in this store. Is everyone who works here miserable? Have you people heard of smiles? Let's see - went in, to deal with returning products and was basically given the run around... Long story short the manager (Cody) who was helping me, wanted to go home, instead of helping me. So instead of passing me off to someone else, he basically just lied to my face... To get me to leave. And I know this to be true, because I went back to speak with him again about the same issue and he had left, in which case I went and spoke with another manager (Jenn Jefferies) who was quite pleasant, and all smiles and did exactly what I need with no problem. She even said 'I don't know why he said no to you?' So my frustration lies with the neglect of a MANAGER who shouldn't be one I guess? I mean I get it, you work at Walmart - you don't like it, find another job. All I know is that a was happy when a walked in there, left feeling miserable and stressed... So thank you Jenn for making me happy again, you will be the reason I go back to this Walmart.
