I've been taking classes here for about 6 months and it is my favorite barre studio. Here are some of the reasons I love it so much:
*You do not have to wear "sticky socks", most people are barefoot.
*The floors are hardwood (other places have carpet which gives static shock and also sheds fibers onto your workout clothes) and always very clean.
*Parking is never a problem, even during peak times.
*Their reservation/sign-on system is really easy to use (never a line at check-in).
*Classes are full but not over-crowded (always space at the barre).
*Although each class follows the same general format, the exercises and props change each time so it's never the exact same workout. Occasionally there is something "extra fun" like on Halloween when the instructors wore costumes and played themed music!
*The instructors are really friendly and make themselves available after class for questions and comments.
*The instructors (and most of the women in class) are lean, muscular and gorgeous (I don't want a class for "all fitness types"... I want one that will make me strong and give me a rock hard body!). When I start getting tired I just look around and am inspired to keep working!
