  • Tanner tile is a place you should avoid. Go some place else!! Jim the owner is a total nut job. I spoke with him on Saturday told him I needed two prefab quartz. He immediately told me he had them in his Anaheim warehouse (I find out later he doesn't have a warehouse in Anaheim). He tells me a fabricator would come to measure on Monday. He takes my credit card information charges me for shipping from Anaheim. When Monday comes and fabricator does not show up I called him and he then tells me I have to go to his warehouse on Roosevelt in Phoenix to ok the prefab. I go over the address he gives me and ask him "does it say tanner tile on the front of this warehouse) he tells me no it is just a warehouse. When I get there I find out this is not his warehouse but it is MSI stone where he simply has an account. Called him again to try to find out why so many discrepancies. He immediately tells me "what difference does it make where the prefab comes from ) and tells me e is not going to "argue " and is not going to do business with me and hangs up. I was in no way arguing with this man!! I find out later talking to some other people that this Jim has a history of bizarre behavior. Stay away!! His son is no better.
