In response to the owner's response, I was not confused by the "Temperament Evaluation". My review was describing the poor customer service that you have provided during our visit.
Came in with my mom to check this place out for my dog. We always take him to Camp Bow Wow but this place is very close to the house so I was interested. Owner (don't think he ever gave us his name) seemed very stand-offish. It was like he didn't want to talk to us or even want us there. REALLY awkward. So this is how our visit went from the moment we walked in the door:
Me: Hi!
Owner: **just looks at me and my mom**
Me: Can you tell me your prices for daycare?
Owner: $3 an hour.
Me: Ohhkay. **looks through glass window at a play area** Is this the only play area?
Owner: No. There's one in the back.
Me: Ohhhkay. What is the process to get my dog into daycare here?
Owner: Vet record. We take the dog to the back and put him in a room and see if he's destructive. Then we see his behavior with people. Then we see his behavior with dogs.
Me: Ohhhkay. Alright, thank you. **walking out the door**
Owner: **Silence**
So of course, I never took my dog here. I just really hope he's a lot friendlier and nicer to animals than he is to humans.
