This is by far the worst customer service EVER. I will never return to the store. I went the first time and was helped by Stephanie, when I asked for 2 seperate boxes it was nothing but attitude, like I just asked her to do the impossible. Then when I wrote to corporate, a guy named Ken responded and was very nice. He claimed to be the owner of this location and said that for the inconvenience he would put my name down for a free dozen donuts. When I went to claim that donuts, Erick (the manager) again gave me nothing but attitude and said he didn't know who the owner was and that my name wasn't in the book. I will NEVER return to this store, not even for free donuts.
