  • It's unfortunate that it's come down to this and as much as I hate to leave this review I have to do it. I was a loyal patient of Dr Brown's here for many years(almost 10), but after seeing so many faces come and go here at the front desk and referring 3 people who were treated rude & unprofessionally over the phone by receptionists, I now have to part ways with this practice. First I'd like to note that at some point myself and my entire family used to come here, that's no longer the case. My mother was spoken to very rudely while trying to reschedule an appointment they could no longer accommodate and after being argued with decided not to return last year. This year I referred my husband and the same exact thing happened. He had work done that chipped off later in the same week it was done and while trying to reschedule to have it fixed he requested to have Dr Brown as his new dentist and was rudely told he couldn't do it and was told "he had to have it fixed by the husband of the Dr who filled his tooth." Btw the original Dr is "no longer with the practice, so her husband is taking on her patients now" What? Now, intially when I called and scheduled his appointment we scheduled to have Dr Brown fix the tooth after going back and forth, but they called back the day of, 2 hours before the appointment to reschedule for a new time and new dr. When questioned why he couldn't request the Dr I referred he was told by Jessica "either you want it fixed for free or not!" That's absurd and she was very unprofessional. Let me add that we paid for the service mainly out of pocket, so nothing was being done "For free" and that response also doesn't answer the question. This practice performed a service that did not maintain well. It was a very poor job btw, sloppy, rushed and obviously didn't maintain because the filling chipped that same week. When my husband went back to have his tooth fixed(by the previous dr's husband)the Dr wasn't informed on the situation and didn't know what he was doing, his work ethic/bedside manner was not thorough at all and my husband walked out with half of his face numb. After all of this you can imagine my embarrassment for referring now my 3rd person who never wants to visit this practice again and after my husband was disrespected over the phone by Jessica, who also lied on me about what was said during our conversation, I will never spend another dime or ounce of my time on this place again. This place has gone down hill when it comes to patient satisfaction and it's unfortunate, but me and my family are absolutely done with this practice.
