  • Okay so after my experience with the O'Reilly's on Spring mountain, I come here to the one on Decatur. As soon as we walk in we are greeted. The guy helps us and we told him of our experience on Spring Mountain. He apologized and was extremely helpful and helped us get a new battery. This is the kind of service that makes me come back. I hope corporate looks into the service issue as I like O'Reilly's overall better than Autozone.
