I am not one to " bash" a business ..... this place was great when we moved in , about six months in this changed . The gate is broken for months on end ( both drive in gate and walk in gate ) this is a serious problem because I was chased by some random guy one evening while walking my dog ! This man I have never met and never seen in the community started screaming at me then followed me to my apartment and i had to call the cops . I went to the office the next day , they insisted that the gate would be fixed that day ....spoiler it wasn't ....still took a few extra days to get that fixed . ALSO do not fall for the " refer a friend program " it's a scam to get them more business . The person you refer has to sign a paper ( which the neglected to tell us for 3 months ) and has to pay a full months rent BEFORE you get the credit .....also they don't apply it to your rent .....the cooperate office mails a check to the leasing office and then they apply it to your rent ....well if you are moving out soon and referred someone , well kiss that $400 goodbye ! Walls are super thin and you can hear everything if you are on the first floor , also be prepared to have you home infested with spiders, roaches , and water bugs. We are very clean people so the bugs didn't come from us ! We have had mold in the shower walls for months we asked them to fix is and all they did was painted over the mold ( I didn't realize that's what they did 5 months ago when we asked to have this fixed ) so of now we have a moldy/ paint spots in our shower. There are so many people that come to the community and use the pool that Dont live there , they wait for the drive in gate to open or simply hop the fence and the edge claims to have security .....well they don't patrol enough that's for sure ! LASTLY MAKE SURE AND GIVE A 60 day notice .....they will not except any other notice then 60days i like most places that require a 30 day notice ....we had already found a new place and lost our deposit because we can't move now and have to stay an extra month or pay a " early termination notice " it's a joke save yourself the stress the apartments look good at first when you take a tour ....but pretty much as soon as you sign that lease you will really see what you signed up for !
