  • Best customer service ever experienced in a gun store. I had been shopping around for a gun for a while and had been quite reluctant to get one due to the "meh" attitude every single person that has helped me thus far in any other store. I was told about this place by Shawn H as he had recently purchased one not too long ago (December 2016...?) and this was super close to my house. They are normally closed on Sunday and Monday's (and holidays) but according to their site, the best way of contact is by e-mail. While i was at work on Monday (lol...) i had e-mailed them hoping to make an appointment. Sherri had replied me fairly quick and set up an appointment on Tuesday for noon. I had arrived about 10 minutes prior to the appointment but was helped immediately. Their doors are normally locked so you'd need to knock/ring the door bell. Upon entry, it is like a normal office, 4 desks in the corners of the room with some seats to the right front of the store. Another 2 people had walked in right before me but another guy had came up and helped me almost instantly. (SO sorry i forgot your name... was it Chris? big guy that sits in the far left desk...) He brought me to the "back room" which technically isnt cuz there is more "rooms" even farther back xD and showed me the gun i had been interested in for quite the while. Originally i had wanted to get the Smith & Wesson M&P series 9mm but they had RECENTLY (early january 2017) refreshed it with the 2.0 ! As they do not carry the first version anymore, he had showed me the 45 acp version which is almost identical in size to the 9 mm. Much more aggressive grip texture (but great for grip), and quite the amount of changes. Their prices are amazing. Out of the few places i've checked, including the Crossroads of the West gun show, they were on average $80 dollars less than everyone. You can scout out their prices on their website. Any specials they have will be posted on two different pages. One for handguns/revolvers, one for rifles/shotguns Process was seamless. I was in for less than 30 minutes and walked out with my first gun purchase. Background check took about 10-15 minutes. Application was fast. GREAT first experience. No hassle. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Note: they don't carry accessories and stuff in store but have an online store you can check out. I don't know how competitive those prices are.
