  • I'm a share holder here and I honestly would say...."DO NOT PURCHASE" this time share. I've had several issues with them and it seems like they are just out for your money. I pay maintenance fees every three months so why are there ROACHES here? Seriously, I took pictures and wanted to take it further but didn't. The next time I come across something like this, I will post the pictures. The place looks nice but it is not worth the headache. Payed the entire loan and 6months later, they began blowing up my phone saying I had a $374 balance. LMAO.......wow! They figured it out and took care of it after a month of harassing me. It's just been a rough ride with these people. Trust me.
