  • With all the hype surrounding this brewery/bakery/bar/hipster joint..... I am left confused on the identity of this place. The old adage "Less-is-more" approach is thrown out the window here. Starters the place structurally is awesome, but the guts of the matter ie THE BEER is two-steps away from Hops Restaurant quality......no joke. The food is good but wayyy overpriced which clearly shows the consumer is absorbing the mighty cost of this operation. Hope they can dial in the brew and stick around, but with the fickle scene in CLT we all know where this road goes.
