  • I have no idea how to rate this dealership because I have had both a very horrible experience and a very very good experience. The first time I went here was on a Saturday morning, my check engine light was on and sometimes my car would take a minute to start, so I dropped by here to have it looked at. I pulled up to the service center and sat in my car for literally 10 minutes just waiting for maybe someone to ask me if I needed help. They have these window offices right in front, so as I sat in my car and waited this guy (who worked there) just sat at his desk not even acknowledging me, even after he saw me. I got out of my car and walked around looking for some help, and he still didn't get up or ask if I needed assistance. So finally I had to walk into his office and ask for help. He looked at my car and told me that I needed a new battery, he was so short and rude to me! I decided not to get my battery replaced there because of him, and he honestly could of cared less. I wish I knew his name. Then the second time was in November when my car broke down all the way in Scottsdale at 10pm. I have a warranty so Chevy had a tow truck come and drop my car off at chapman since they were closed. I did NOT want my car to go here because of my last experience but I had no choice since it was the closest and most convenient for me. I was so upset my car had to go to chapman. In the morning I called and asked them about my car and what needed to happen and they were sooooooooooo nice and helpful to me! They called me every 30minutes to update me on my car and when it would be ready (like I had asked), and they even fixed my shattered windshield that happened a while back. They called my insurance and worked it out, I barley did anything! I had to be at work but my car still wasn't finished, so they sent the nicest guy who worked at chapman to come all the way to scottsdale to pick me up and drive me 30 minutes to work! When my car was done they had it delivered to my work, which was far from Chapman.I was so thankful and happy with my amazing service. The guy who helped me out this time was ken, if you ever need service make sure you ask for him... Such a nice guy who really cares about customer service :)
