I came on Wednesday night and the DJ's setlist included Depeche Mode, Nine Inch Nails, and Garbage. The crowd was very amiable, welcoming, and friendly. There's even a little leather bound book to the right of the DJ booth where you can write in requests. :)
I had never been there before and I just came for the music that night, and I loved how friendly people were. The drink prices are fantastic. It's a 2 for 1 deal, so I bought a dark beer for $5, and got another for free right after I was done with the first.
The interior architectural design is amazing too! Like a dark cathedral. Very stunning. I was mesmerized by it. They also have fresh flowers everywhere. Their bathrooms are beautiful and clean too. In addition, they have extra parking in the back which is a plus for a place in downtown Phoenix.
P.S. - Previously, this building was known as "Sanctum" it was a gothic club which is why it has gothic architecture. Sanctum has since moved to Central as a speakeasy for "The Grand" (a large bar and coffee house).
