Horrible service! Dont go to this location. The location on Shea or Thompson Peak are winners!
We purchased a Groupon and read the fine print carefully prior to making the purchase. I was excited to use it as it was spefically purchased for a special event.
So it was time to make the appointment (March 16) for my upcoming event and boy was I disappointed. They wouldnt let me use the Groupon on the weekend as they claimed Groupon made an error/misprint. I'm skeptical of thier reasoning as we have worked with clients who use Groupon and it's the owners responsiblity to sign off on the final content before Groupon publishes it.
Regardless of whose error it was, I asked for a manager and they said one would call me back. 3 days later no call back. I called yet again and was directed to file my compliant through email. Really?? I waited 3 days and no one could call me back to even let me know to send an email??
Are they so busy that they dont have time to sort out their customers service issues or do they just not care? I'm hedging on they dont care! If they did, then they would have sucked it up for the month of March and honored what was printed on the Groupon. Their customer service sucks and I will NEVER go to this location!
PS - Your employees are rude over the phone. Invest in customer service training immediately!
