  • The owners of this business have zero customer service skills. First sent my comforter to be cleaned. When I went to pick it up she drug it across the floor (it's white) and dirtied it so bad it had to be cleaned again. Finally after 20 days picked it up and it was now stained, permanently. Took a brand new jump suite in January to be cleaned. Same thing went to pick it up and she drug it across the floor turning the bottom of the legs black, (white jumpsuit). Not only that but they had completely bleed the stripes and washed out all the colors. The seems were separated and ripped. I was told the the owner would call me and fix it or refund my money... literally have never ever heard from her. It's still hanging in the shop. I can see it when I go in. Took a dress 2 weeks ago. Went to pick it up last week and the entire bodice was snagged and threads were pulled all over. Is there ZERO quality control?? The woman working called the owner right in front of me. Left a very firm message stating how upset I was and how I still have not heard from them regarding my jumpsuit... This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Never taking my stuff there again and we have a TON of dry cleaning every month. Owners need to step up.
