  • At Discount Tire Store 7th time unable to resolve radial tire pull warranty problem and vibration caused by tire rotation balance performed incorrectly six times previously. Intimidated and threatened, talked down to by store manager, Kevin. Produce clean and green alignment report again today March 23, 2017, previous March 7, 2017 by Toyota Dealership service department. Kevin states he is refusing service on this vehicle and to me based on my honest evaluations of Discount Tire Store to honor tire care placing customer at risk when driving. Failure to honor tire warranty and this customer's evaluation of Kevin's disrespectful, condescending, derogatory comments to customer threatening customer. Kevin does not like his performance reviews this customer has properly evaluated this Discount Store and Manager's failure to provide customer service and correct the radial tire pull and vibration problems. Women be wary of how you will be treated.
