Ahhhh this place... Can you guys add more staff please? For the amount of money that your clients pay for your deceives you guys should have top notch customer service. I was so dissatisfied with my last visit that I TOOK the time to write to Apple. Still haven't heard anything back.
Please, please, please make an appointment! I had an appointment during my last visit, showed up 20 minutes early, another 20 minutes to be seated, 20 minutes to be moved the the "Genius Bar" (not sure what is so Genius about it), 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and 20 more minutes to have my issue resolved.
Apple Management: if you're reading this, it's too late. Never again am I coming back here again!
