  • The store hours on this location are listed as 10am-8pm, so I went to the store and found the doors locked at 7:47. I could clearly see 5 customers and 4 employees inside, but not one came to unlock the door to let me in or even acknowledge me. It wasn't until one employee came to let 3 customers out at 8pm, did they even say anything to me.. And what he said was that they lock the doors at 7:45 due to store policy. I said it clearly states on the sign that it closes at 8pm, where is the store policy listed that states it locks the doors at 7:45? I explained they had my replacement phone delivered to this location and I needed to pick it up. He told me to come back tomorrow, but they open at 10am, and I am flying out at 8:30am for a two week business trip. This company and it's faulty merchandise has been a problem for years, but this is seriously the last straw. I would bypass T-Mobile and this particular location if I were you.. Thank you...
