  • If I could give it zero stars I would. While the rooms have been "redone" and the hotel says 100% smoke free, the odor is terrible. When I told the front desk of the smell of smoke, their solution was to move me down two rooms...right next to a cigarette butt disposal. That makes complete sense. When I told them that wasn't acceptable, they looked shocked. They then suggested I spray the room to mask the smell. Really? Do NOT stay here. Disgusting, no front desk help, and a waste of money. This hotel should not be a required hotel for our baseball tournament as it's a bad reflection on the tourney.
