  • Not sure what the one star person is talking about....we have been there 3 times recently and have been talked to immediately, seated immediately and asked if we wanted drinks or appetizers immediately. Our servers have been kind and helpful. The place is clean and well taken care of. We go to Twisted Italian because they have gluten free options. That is a HUGE help due to some our family having food allergy problems. Our portions have been generous and tasty. My only minor and I mean minor complaint is....the meat sauce could be less sweet and have a better quality meat put in it. I think it is sausage in there and I have gotten one or two pieces of gristle in mine. I like my sauce more on the savory side than sweet but that is a personal preference. We will be back and enjoy it just like the other times we have been there. Thank you Twisted Italian for considering gluten free folks!
