  • I take this taxi service every day/. I am person with low vision and cannot drive. I take this cab to and from work and also sometimes for errands my friends cannot drop me off for. Most of the drivers are nice and they know where they are going.. Not always, but most of the time.. The time to wait for a cab can very. Friday is the worst day to get a taxi around rush hour because it's very busy. Now, sometimes you get a really good dispatcher who is courteous and knows whats going on. Sometimes you don't and they are quick to get you off the phone to dispatch your call. I get it. I also ask for someone that knows their way around, because I do not and i do not want to waste time in the cab spending more money. I know several drivers by name and they remember me sometimes. I say, so far so good. I have only had one instance where I had to report a driver who made me feel scared. Other than that I have never had any real problems with this company
