I usually have a great experience at this location but last night was a different story. I used the self checkout lane and as soon as the employee in that area noticed I had coupons in my hands it was a problem! She immediately made a comment about the coupons especially since I had a digital coupon in addition to the two that were in my hands. She even went as far as going to speak with her manager and when she returned she said she had to override my coupon.....seriously! I purchased two packs of Charmin essential toilet tissue and I had one paper coupon and one digital coupon. I don't understand what the problem was but I wish Publix would take the time to educate that their employees on how coupons are used. I was highly annoyed and frustrated with my experience and I'm not sure if I will ever return to this location, I usually go to this location because it's the closest Publix to my house.
