Came to the Factory Outlet Mall to buy a pair of New Balance shoes. We found the New Balance outlet store and it was very small with only a rudimentary selection and a salesperson who seemed embarrased by the shoes, didn't understand the difference between a running shoe and a trainer, and it goes on. We walked out frustrated and empty handed and upon entering the mall, we found Sketchers Outlet Store. What a contrast! A huge store with a massive selection. Not only did they have a broad choice of men's shoes, they even had deck shoes, sneakers, and work shoe/boot hybrids with steel toes! I found a perfect pair and my partner found a great pair for him. Very well made and they not only gave us 30 percent off the second pair, they gave me a military-veteran discount, as well. I am very impressed and they have gained a new loyal customer. Oh, and one more thing... they had several places to try on shoes and we never waited for more than a minute and it was 5 pm on a Saturday, too. This is how a shoe store should be run.
