  • Okay so I came here with three of my sisters and a friend because we love drinks with boba in it. When I first walked in it looked pretty cool. It wasn't really busy and there was like four people waiting in line. We were freaking out over the menu because it was huge and less than half the stuff we knew but it sounded all good. We finally decided on our drinks and all of us wanted boba except my friend. The male barista had NO customer service. He didn't say hello or welcome just "what can I get you?" "Boba or no boba?" And the way he said it was like he didn't even care you were there or he just hated his job. On the counter to the side is where they keep the trays containing leach jelly, fruit bobas, and other items that they put in your drink. It didn't look right it looked like it was old and has been there all day. The guy told me my total and again I said yes to bobas for all drinks except for my friends. I gave him my card and he handed it back and I never got a receipt. I didn't mind because they can't possibly jack up my order. I sat down and we all noticed that it was REALLY hot. They had their fans on but you couldn't feel no breeze. The second thing we noticed was the unbelievable disgusting smell of sewer. Probably the restroom inside the place broke but it was really really bad. It being really hot in the place and smelling like sewer was awful. Drinks took a while and when they were finally done I noticed that they didn't put boba in my drink which I know I paid for. Then I thought maybe they confused it and put it in my friends instead. Nope she got hers exactly how she ordered it. So I told the barista this that he forgot the boba in mine and he said " you didn't order boba in that". I said yes I just didn't want boba in my friends which was a chocolate smoothie and then he told me "well you didn't get charged for boba" and I remember him putting in the extra 50ยข for boba in my drink! I wasn't going to keep fighting because that's not the type of person I am so I said yes I did but if you really think I didn't then I'll just pay again for the boba I don't mind and he said no no it's okay I'll put it in. Again when he came back with my drink with boba in it I said if you get the receipt and it really does show I didn't pay then I'll pay for the boba. I don't mind at all. The barista said its fine and walked away into the back like he was mad at me. This was a horrible experience for me and I don't think I'll ever come back. Never had an experience like this before
