  • Salon: I find them a little over-priced for the quality you get. I enjoy the head and neck massage as well as the mini-facial, but I would agree with other reviewers when they say some of the staff there are quite rude. I've been 3 or 4 times and only once did I love what they did when I left. One of the times my hair looked just awful and the others were ok but not great. I'd probably rate the salon a 3 and likely won't be back there unless I've got a coupon or something. Spa: I love this spa. Sure some of the decor is a little old-fashioned like some of the other reviewers have mentioned and the layout isn't great, but I've always had great service which in the end is way more important to me. They welcome you with juice, water or tea and comfy robes. I usually go for the Aroma Chakra Wellness Massage and I love it. It starts with picking a card according to your mood which selects the scents to be used, you then go into a nice jetted tub to relax before your massage. They have two tub rooms, one I find too bright personally, but I love the dark room. Once your tub time is done you head up for a full body massage which generally includes tea bags for your eyes and nice lip balm. They are always willing to focus on any trouble areas or just do head to toe relaxation massage. I've always really enjoyed my time here and would certainly recommend it.
