  • Came in on May 19,2015 because I cracked my phone screen. Saw decent reviews online and decided that the $70 price was worth it. This is more than their competitors which I knew but opted to continue to do business with them. It took the technician about 20 minutes to fix it and was very nice. I was satisfied with the service. He told me to about the 90 day warrantee policy if the screen popped out that they would fix it. I did not think too much about it. A few days later I placed my phone on the table and the screen popped out significantly and it had one faint line of a crack from one side of the screen to another due to it popping out. I popped the screen back in (as it was significantly popped out) and went in to get it fixed. I wasn't worried since there was a supposed 90 day warranty. Apparently this 90 day warranty doesn't count if the screen has ANY damage even if it is cause by faulty workmanship and the screen popping out. Initially they wanted me to pay the full amount to replace my screen and then they allowed me to pay a partial amount. Apparently 90 day warranties mean nothing to this business. I ended up paying nearly what it would have cost me to go to the Apple Store to get my screen fixed. I would not recommend.
