  • Extremely horrible customer service!!! My boyfriend and I were looking for a specific wine. My bf had to use the restroom so I continued to look. Soon, he came back upset because Letty would not let him use the restroom! He was pretty uncomfortable and couldn't wait until after since I had no idea where the wine was that I wanted. So, we left upset and without a purchase. Letty needs a different job not interacting with customers.
