Pretty decent seafood spot in Vegas! I loved the atmosphere/ambiance more than anything so I would highly recommend coming for a special occasion. But remember to make a reservation as they can get pretty crazy packed.
We wanted to try to crab cocktail but they ran out, so we got the shrimp cocktail instead. Those giant shrimps were delicious! For entree, I tried the Chilean Sea Bass and got it pan seared, which I really enjoyed. We also got the bone-in ribeye (huge portion) that was cooked perfectly and was super juicy. We shared the buttery lobster mashed potato and was one of the best mashed potatoes I've ever tried. They sure don't skimp out on the lobsters they put in there. The portion of the mashed potato (a side dish) was pretty big so I would recommend sharing that with 3-4 people. But as far as my favorite thing from Mastro's, I still crave it everyday - would be their warm butter cake (also extremely huge so you can share with 3-4 people). I don't think I ever had anything like that, it tasted exactly like the name, warm and buttery, topped with fresh strawberries and their house made whipped cream. I know it sounds plain and simple but trust me, try it!!
I cannot wait to be back, mainly because of their warm butter cake but also excited to try their other seafood options!
