  • I gave it one star because I had to. The mortgage loan officer made me open an account. Pre approved me for way more then I could afford and I was unable to back out of the contract because he NEVER answered his phone causing me to loose $7,000 in earnest money! Then I come to find out the account he forced me to open has been charging me $15 "non active account" fees when I never even used their services!!!!! When I called the girl was condescending and rude and told me I had to come in person. Now I'm trying to close my account and here I sit for over an HOUR to see someone to close this account I've never used yet had to pay the $50 for NOTHING!!!! The service is ridiculous!!!! I'm trying to close my account but CAN'T!!!!
