  • This is by far one of the friendliest Homewood Suites I've been too. Emile at the reception was very helpful and just goes out of her way to make the guest be as welcome as they can be. I forgot to ask for a handicap accessible room for my mother and even though the hotel was almost fully booked she made sure to get the right room for us. Judith at the bar area is also very personable and makes great mix drinks. The hotel is less than 5 years old so it is fairly modern. The beds was very comfortable and the linens were super clean and crisp. The pool is a little small and the did not have a hot tub but it was still adequate. If I'm in the Pittsburgh area again, I'll be sure to book this Homewood Suites.
