  • For addtional video and pictures, please see the short YouTube video link https://youtu.be/Su7Da5W19_Q So wanted to do a review of the pool/cabana areas as reviews were hard to come by unless I missed something. So as some of my recent reviews stated, we are celebrating my wife's birthday this weekend and she has been hinting on wanting a pool day for a while. After some research, I decided to give Red Rock Resort a try even thou it seems that reviews here we're hit or miss. Honestly was expecting a average interaction from start to finish, but was happily surprised, based off of our experience, here is my thoughts... Booking - Pretty easy, once on the website, I was able to grab the concierge's phone number and made the reservation over the phone. The staff was very helpful and answered my questions and provided suggestions. I had called back to ask an additional question, got a different person and she was very helpful as well. Check in - Once we arrived, we made our way from the West parking garage and entered the pool area, checked in with Security who escorted us to the cabana check in area. We were greeted by friendly staff and escorted to our cabana and everything we were promised was waiting for us. The cabana condition was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Upon arrival, our cabana attendant katylin greeted us, gave us the run down of everything and answered any questions we had. Our friends and their young children joined us, they had no issues getting in and were escorted to our cabana. Food - while there, we had snacks and fruit tray as part of our cabana rental. The snack and food were really good, the fridge was stocked with Fiji water, Red Bull, Gatorade and other various drinks. There were plenty of choices for meals, we got a chicken wrap, a cheeseburger and chicken fingers. All of the food was excellent, hot and we didn't have to wait long. Service - Both Kristen and Katylin were very attentive checking on us, very friendly and had hoped make our experience that much better. At no time did we want or need for anything. I like they were very mellow, didn't try to up sell and ensured we were getting our money's worth. Pool area - Red Rock has multiple pools and spa over a large amount of real estate. It was pretty crowded being a weekend but it didnt feel like everyone was all over each other. There is a main bar, a store for things like suntan oil, etc. There is a dining area with seating as well as black jack tables. There are 2 types of cabanas, over 21 and family, we did the family have the young ones there. Each lounge chair is oversized with a comfortable cushion on it, looks very high end. There are also day beds available for rent as well. In conclusion, As i stated, wasn't expecting more than a 3 or 4 star, but was happily impressed with the service and experience and based off of my experience, would do a pool day at Red Rock again.
