This place all is truly has going for it is location and convenience. Luckily it just happens to be placed on the best corner of the strip, across from Venetian & Wynn with a walkway to fashion show mall. Without the pirate show, it truly lost a lot of spark it once carried. I speak from personal experience as a former employee, guest and customer. Ever since the buy out in 2009, it's been a steady decline. There is no theme and the shops and restaurants do not flown together. I use to be a front desk manager and I'll say this, don't call and blame everything on the front desk, it's truly not their fault and for a while they were understaffed. I haven't been in a year but like I said, the rooms are mediocre compared to cheaper places like SLS, location location location. If I had to bet, it would be the next resort they knock down. The spa looks pretty but is overpriced and nothing to write home about.
