  • This place has been the worst encounter I have ever experienced. I didn't even make it through their office doors. I called their office to try and set up a few appointments for my family. From the moment the phone was answered, the lady I had talked to was very unprofessional. My intial feeling was that I was inconveniencing her. She was very short and rude with her responses. At one point I asked to speak to someone in charge. She said that she was the office manager and that I could speak to her only. She mentioned her name was Meesha. I did absolutely nothing to this person to receive such horrible treatment. I am floored that this was how I was treated. You lost a family of 6 with Delta Dental insurance. I do not recommend this office to anyone!
