  • The turnover at this salon is too high. I had a different colorist every time and even though my color was written down it never came out the way it did the first time I came in. The last straw was when I asked for a rich brown and walked out with purplish red hair. They offered to fix it but I had to leave for a trip and honestly I couldn't trust them anymore. They need to stop and take a moment to listen better and fix mistakes right away, not when it works for them. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
