rev:text	My hubby and I went to KIA Streetsboro to replace one of our Smartcar's now that we live in Ohio. We went into this dealership because they had a commercial offering 0, 0, and 0%. As soon as Tamara told us that was not an option and she didn't know anything about the commercial, I looked it up on my phone and showed her. Of coarse, there was another excuse as to why we couldn't get the offer. So, she persuaded us to take a drive in the vehicle anyway. She requested we fill out some info, let her take pics of our id's, and sign to drive vehicle(insurance purposes, yada, yada, yada). We made it VERY clear we did NOT want our credit ran because we weren't happy with the false advertisement, it was our first stop, and we are NOT running our credit until we are sure what we are getting and the payments are where I want them. Well, months later I went to make a large purchase and discovered Tamara ran my credit. I contacted the manager Mike, I believe, who was a REAL ASSHOLE and claimed I signed off on it and refused to fix it. Not only false advertisement, but liars and hustlers (con artist's). BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND. I will be going into the business to see if it is my signature and turning them in. And if my signature is there then shame on me for not reading it and believing Tamara when she said it was to drive the vehicle. I did go to KIA VANDEVERE in Akron and got excellent assistance, truthful info, and the same SUV I drove for the payments I wanted!!!! Go see VANDEVERE and tell them Nanette sent you
