If you're looking for a cheap suit with styles that go back 20 years ago, look no further.
Sergio is the typical pushy sales person who is trying to sell you what you don't want. He thinks his Italian accent makes him an authority on fashion that surpasses Gucci and Versace.
I'm no fashionista or suit connoisseur, but I wear suits and blazers to work and I know a thing or two about fit. The guy makes me try on suits that have 2 feet of extra room around the waist! And a lot of room around the arms. He says I can alter the waist a little but not the arms. The only way I'd buy that suit was if I knew I was gonna balloon up twice my size overnight.
I wanted a black 2 piece suit with a slim fit that I couldn't have explained more clearly. He tried selling me a 3 piece navy tuxedo, and a 3 piece grey tuxedo because apparently that's what Italian men were wearing in Italy that week.
I politely told him that I wasn't being heard. He started dissing my fashion sense in front of other customers that a real Italian man wouldn't wear snug pants that men wear today. I thanked him and walked out.
Somebody needs to introduce him to the concept of customer experience, it's that alien to him. Until then he can shove his fake Gucci s!@# up his behind.
0/5 stars.
