  • I wish I remembered the girl's name, but she made my night! I asked for the Pink Drink and she surprised me when she knew how to make it without me pulling up the recipe! I was randomly telling her about my experience at another location where they were out of strawberries for the Strawberry Acai Refresher on three different days. And how the third attempt, the lady was a bit rude in answering my questions about when they would have the strawberries back in stock. The barista handed me my drink and surprised me when she told me the drink was on them. Definitely had me feeling confused why my drink was free (not that it's bad) when she told me the drink was suppose to make it up for my experience at the other location. Really wish I knew her name, but she definitely made me feel that this is how Starbucks values a customer!
