| - I have been a patient of the Pueblo Family Physicians for many years. After learning they had a location closer to me in Phoenix, I decided to try it out. Called and scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM for which I was called promptly for on the day of my appointment. However, after being led to a room in the back, I waited for 45 minutes for someone to see me (kind of defeats the purpose of a early morning/before work appointment). Anyway, after the 45 minute wait, the nurse came back in and let me know I was due for Hep B & C vaccinations, to which I told her i had received in elementary school. She insisted it was correct and the doctor had ordered them, so i agreed pulled down my shirt and let her stick me. After the shot, the nurse tried to discharge me and give me a prescription... WAIT what? I havent even been seen by the doctor! Well, turns out she was in THE WRONG ROOM! she quickly leaves and the doctor follows in shortly to check on me and assure me the vaccinations will only "boost my immune system".. great! The doctor was great! nice guy, but I wont be visiting this practice again. And to make things worse, the practice will only review my labs and provide the information at a follow up... This is a terrible practice.
