  • The manager named Chris at the Glendale, AZ location is no manager. I was promised the $99 delivery fee to be waived after having been told that they would waive it if I picked out another piece of furniture, but Chris went back on his words and would only waive $20. All of the communication between Chis and I were relayed by an associate on their ear piece. Chris did not have the guts to come over to talk to me although we were standing 30 feet away from each other. What a coward! Shocked by the mannerism in which I was treated, I called their corporate to report what had happened. The phone rep apologized and stated they would write up a report and have a manager call me back within 24 hours to rectify the problem, however, it's been a week and I have heard nothing. If you go buy anything from here and was promised the waived delivery fee, make sure you check the receipt! My mistake was checking the receipt 5 minutes after my card was charged and not prior because the only choice I had was to return the whole purchase due to Living Spaces not having any accountability for their promises. Last note, the additional furniture that I had picked out was a bedroom set for my 8 year old son and he was there though out the whole ordeal. I wish I had never gone there!
