  • As a customer service professional of 20 years I can safely tell you that customer service is slowly degrading as people become more selfish, ignorant, and entitled. Here at Genes apparently they are withstanding the test of time. Dont be scared of dealer only complex problems or where to find a key for your vehicle or home. Keys are becoming more and more complicated and here at Genes they welcome the challenge. My experience was top notch and I will be coming here first with any lock and key concerns. This team took the time to educate me and coordinate with me in order to make a new key for my Volkswagen which apparently has every fail safe known to man. Henderson! Do not worry about lock and key issues and know you have a locally owned and operated facility here who is dedicated to keeping you safe and ensuring you are happy. Thanks Gene Lock anf Security.
