With a name like "Bagel Factory", you'd expect a certain level of competency in delivering a decent bagel experience--sadly neither the management nor the employees seem to take this responsibility seriously.
I have visited on three occasions over the course of a few months, and each time I go to pick up my sandwich, they just so happened to be "out of" pickles (which the menu states are included with your order).
There was no mention that my sandwich wouldn't actually come with a pickle when I was paying for it; rather they just decide to omit it and hope you don't notice.
To make matters worse, the woman at the cashier seemed annoyed when I asked about the missing pickle, and was curt in telling me that management does not allow substitutions.
Bagel Factory--I used to like you, but your policy of Bait-and-Switch has left me in a pickle. Good luck keeping your remaining customers.
