  • If I could rate this company negative stars, I would. This company is a contractor for my home warranty and and came to my home to diagnose my upstairs AC unit on 06/17/17. When he arrived, I told him that the capacitor has been failing quite frequently, he said "No problem, I have it up and running in a few minutes." I explained to him that I didn't want a quick fix, the capacitor is a symptom of the true problem and I wanted the problem resolved. He hosed off the unit and said that should fix it. I asked him about the noises coming from the AC fan and he said, "Your motor is going bad, but they don't pay me to work on something unless it's broken." Evidently when a fan sounds like there are shoes in a dryer, it's not broken. On 06/18/17 the same AC unit died again. I have left him several voice mails, but no response. I have been trying to get him to come back to my house really fix it. It's 118 degrees outside and he is telling my home warranty company that he worked on the downstairs unit, not the upstairs one and is refusing to return.
