  • Hidden charges, additional fees, and predatory tactics to make you pay even the smallest fees. They have hidden fees that they say will be covered by insurance only to find out later that insurance didn't cover what they said. They literally threatened to send me to collection because of their incompetence over less $30.00 and billing errors. I received no communication from them and then got a letter stating that I needed to pay the amount within 3 days or they would send me to more aggressive collectors. I highly recommend finding a different option.
