Torn on this one as location is pretty good for me (near train station, cheap eats during the day, good resto's at night and two Timmy's!) but service is awful. Especially if you book through any points/reward program....you basically get treated second class which sucks.
Room was not as advertised (tiny) for a premium suite and no requests I had (room with more than one small window) were met so I had to switch. They nickel and dimed me for an extra $20 because I booked with expedia basically. Any time I asked for anything (water, baggage cart) it would never come and anytime I called or talked to staff they really couldn't be bothered. As I use these rooms for business it's pretty important that things be right. Probably worst customer service of any hotel I've stayed at in TO and I've stayed at plenty. Oh and did I mention that a pint of Keith's will put you back $11 at the hotel bar? No thanks.
For the price there are plenty of better options.
