I returned something at the pharmacy so I can pay the difference with my new insurance card. They charged me the new price ($3.91) and the lady was very rude and in a rush. She messed up the transaction and my $28 never went back on my card like she said it would. She didn't even give me my original receipt back. Went to customer service and they wanted me to call the cash manager. Um I don't think so, that's not my job. No one would take the time to help me when they kept talking about the solution -.- poor customer service! Everyone is very rude at this location.
