| - I have been here for over 2 years, and it's not my choice and I will probably find a new one soon.
My family doctor retired and this is the only clinic that is open that is accepting new patient around this area. (University and Queen)
In the first year, I was assigned with a new doctor with this clinic, and I only want female doctors. However, the doctor can't seem to stick around in this clinic at all. After 6 months, my assigned family doctor went to another clinic. So right now I am just seeing whoever is available which is very annoying.
Currently I am only seeing Dr. Kim Johnson in this clinic, I really like her because she's very nice, knowledgeable and not judgmental. but she is a temp doctor too!! which means she can move on any time soon!!
The receptionist in this clinic is also not the friendliest. They answer the phone without patience and you can't talk long to ask questions. It sux to go to this clinic.
If you want to get your prescription renewed, you have to book an appointment with the doctor to get it, or they charge you $25
Oh, if you book an appointment, they won't remind you, and if you forget, you get charged $40. argh.
And then last year I did this travel vaccination 'consultation' (to find out what vaccine I need to go oversea), which for some reason is also extra charge for doctor's time to 'talk about it'. It is RIDICULES I am telling ya.
Do not go here unless you have no other choices.
