  • Loyal Smiths shopper! I was disappointed Cosmetics are locked up, way to make a nice store ghetto! I waited 20 minutes for someone to come open it for a 1.99 pair of tweezers! It was way after opening day and the store was slow The deli had all inexperienced workers I actually felt sorry for them The deli was nothing special the Smiths deli on rampart and lake mead is so much nicer The chicken company chicken was rubbery and probably sitting for sometime Ruby cookies were very good but I can't afford a dozen at $2.50 a cookie! Cousins not open inside very disappointing The housewares department was awesome! The produce department was huge and very nice The clothing section was just awkwardly placed inside store and very sparse The seasonal area was just a lot of wasted space with nothing different than any other Smiths in an aisle Overall I felt they had a lot of potential to make it spectacular and it was mediocre
