  • The first time I went here, I came for the Genius Bar. It just happened to be when the iPhone 6 released; terrible timing on my part. The store was packed! However, somebody offered me help right away. My wait for assistance at the Genius Bar was about 15 minutes, which I thought was pretty good given all the people. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix my ancient laptop. The second time I came here was to do research on the next laptop I was going to buy. The representative I chatted with was very nice and polite, he answered all my questions and explained everything perfectly. We probably talked for about 45 minutes, sometimes getting way off topic. Then today I went there to pick up my laptop I bought online, and I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes. I was very pleased!
