  • This is the worst property management company that I have ever had to deal with!! They advertised a home with a heated pool and spa and the heater was broke on both pool and spa. I had no heat for the first 2 1/2 months I lived there. House was not cleaned nor painted when I moved in. When I asked if I could get out of my lease they granted me the option to do so but begged me not to. So I gave it another chance and in the end they took all my deposits even though I put $300 worth of plants in the backyard of the home, cleaned and painted it before I left. Now they're coming after me for additional money! When I tried to reach out to the owner Steve Nicklin he refused to return my calls!! Worst property management company ever!!
