  • This location is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Unfortunately, my health insurance only does business with CVS and this is the only one close to where I live. They constantly put my medication on an automatic monthly refill, even when I, and I do each time, tell not to place my medication on automatic refill. I constantly then get telephonic reminders my prescription is ready for pickup. Their service is the slowest in town, and frequently do not have the medication my physician has ordered. Finally, they do not know how to bill the insurance company properly so your prescription can be filled under the insurance. I needed a shingles shot. Being I am under the age of 60, it had to be billed as a "high-risk", due to the fact I had shingles 4 times up until then. They did not have a clue on how to bill the insurance company as a "high-risk", forcing me to go elsewhere for the shot. I absolutely cannot stand this location!
